About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase kitchen products or services from Wolverhampton Kitchen Clearance Center (WKCC), Unit 2, Hickman Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 2BT.
Orders & payment
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required to confirm your order. Full payment is due before or on delivery unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 1–3 working days for stocked items. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot. Delivery is to ground-floor, kerbside unless otherwise agreed.
Inspection & acceptance
Please inspect all goods on delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours. We will replace or repair any items confirmed as damaged in transit at no additional cost.
Returns & cancellations
Bespoke or cut-to-size items cannot be returned. Standard stocked items may be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Contact us before returning any goods.
Fitting service
WKCC can recommend independent, vetted fitters. These tradespeople operate independently and are not employees or subcontractors of WKCC. Any fitting agreement is between you and the fitter directly.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from delayed delivery or product defects beyond the cost of replacement or repair of the affected items.
